Does anybody know what Hulls record score over Rovers is? It would be nice to know what your target is as im watching from my seat next week hiding behind a pint.

I can remember a 50 pointer in your Hull Sharks days in a friendly in 1998 when Dave Harrison opted to play Carl Towle opposite Alan Hunte in the centres. Looks like there may be other mis-matches of that magnitude next Saturday.

I think we should all know better it being a derby, thinking it will go 100% on the form book.

Must admit dont like threads like this. Thought before the last derby that with no Dobson we should be fine. They only come back to haunt you. I seem to think we have only ever beaten Cas on a Magic Weekend , and that includes 3 matches against Rovers and playing London too. Shocking record!

People said the same in September 2007 when Rovers were battling relegation and Hull had won six from seven and were fourth in the table. There was a derby record set that day, of course, just not by Hull.



Given this and our lamentable Magic weekend record I'd be delighted with a victory of any sort.

Seem to remember rovers were red hot favourites in the 2 derbies we won last season and look what happened. If we hit top gear it could (will) be a blow out but that is a massive "if" and highly unlikely IMO. Us by a couple of scores late on I reckon

I'm travelling over with my family and my black and white supporting best pal and his family. To be honest, after watching Hull lose to Rovers 4 times at Magic Weekends it will be nice for him to see you win one. I just hope you declare at 60 and he doesn't give me to much stick afterwards!

Never been to Magic and this is certainly one I wouldn't want to be at the way things are going.
