Who ever we go for next season, it will be one of the most important moves in the clubs history.
I believe signing a quality, fit, No7 who can build a team around will be the difference between this club kicking-on and challenging for trophies...the wrong choice and I really fear we will be back playing to sub 10K gates and Pearson losing interest as the losses mount.
May sound dramatic, but the fans won't accept any more 'wait till next year' marketing hype. Many are disillusioned already.

Good post but hope we go for 1 this season if 1 comes available,we are in desperate need for a 7. |

Totally agree. But there are two other factors:
1) Who? Wigan paid a big fee for Blake Green. Someone of that calibre? Don't think Prince was ever coming tbh.
2) We could help ourselves to create more and to overcome current shortcomings in personnel by just supporting the ball carrier and having runners. |

I think we have to go for a lesser-known name in the NRL. Dobson and Dureau didn't make an impact in the NRL but Rovers and Catalan have built sides around them in SL.
We just need to do the homework properly and actually give the player a medical (unlike Dykes) check they don't have personal issues (Seymour) and actually check their current form and not what they won years ago (Long) surely it can't be that hard!? |

I agree , Were never going to compete with the NRL for there "stars" anymore but Dureau would now walk in to most if not all SL teams . Someone like Ryan Stig from the Knights . |
