Once again FC have proven they cannot compete at the highest level. Were cass that poor last week that it flattered us? Stevo, Brian and Eddie summed it up on SKY. The difference between Warrington and Cas is Cas' defence is paper thin while Warrington's is rock solid. We don't have the attacking player's or structure to break down the top defences ATM. Hopefully Heremeia, McKinnon and Seymour will improve that. I think Phelps showed tonight that although he's a solid full back, to be a top team you need a bit more.



Also, it was obviously our game plan to bomb it in the air considering we didn't put a different attacking kick in till the second half.. Why? I can understand bombing to Riley with Whiting but why consistently bomb it to Hodgson, one of the safest full backs in the league?

Your performance wasn't a great deal different. It just shows the gulf between top of the table and the rest of us fannying about in the middle.

Nothing Jekyll and Hyde about it they were just better than us !

Spot on Stanley. We are extremely consistent IMO. We put away teams below us and lose to the ones above us. The table doesn't lie.

Warrington are a very good team, very physical always 2/3 in the tackle. Gentle has a lot to do to get us competing with the best in this comp.

We're not much different to be fair. As you say the table doesn't lie. Wire were clinical tonight, how many times did they have possession in your half and NOT score? (2, maybe 3?). Oh for a coach like Smith.

At times our attack looked as clueless as it ever has! Too flat, no runners, nobody taking control.



Thought Horney tried his heart out, some of his stuff just didn't come off. Westy put 100% in, whether his plays came off or not he put everything into it.



Looking forward to Seymour, that's for sure.
