Anyway, back on topic, the injury suffered probably isnt taken into consideration by the panel as it COULD happen in any tackle, be it legal or illegal, it was the way he fell, lets say the tackle was shoulder height, he could have potentially fallen the exact same way to the ground.

I would say trying to avoid being hit
