Did Agar sign him, if not is it a case of moving on players he did not sign with others to follow.

From what i can gather, RA rates Matty quite highly and has been impressed with his attitude and work ethic in training, just like the other coaching staff have been aswell. I'm not his biggest fan off the field (yes i know him) but from what i've seen of him so far, he get's my backing 100% whilst wearing the Red, White and Blue. If someting has happened off the field it would appear that it has happened between Saturday and this being announced, pretty quick turnaround and highly unlikely IMO. I think some people should give the guy a break and give him chance to develop. After all he's still relatively young for a prop and hasn't been in a full time environment very long.

Are any youngters being DR? Such as Davey, spiers, Annakin?

do the sums mate, Jimmy Davey, Spiers and annekin wont get a look in under agar FACT. do they play reserves all season ? they would be better off going on DR's because otherwise there development will come to a halt. I doubt Agar gives a toss about them to be honest as leaving them behind on the training camp probably confirmed that, but I am sure over the season people will realise this is how he rolls.

Agar is that desperate to play his Giants cast off's that he took in order to get rid of another one he had 'personal' issues' with in Tommy Lee.

Think your been a bit harsh on Agar, you have to respect his professional opinion and judge him on his results. Even if Davey, Spiers and co go on duel reg its not to say (certainly not a FACT) that they won't be back playing first team rugby in a few months. It's safe to say that most SL clubs will use at least 25 players over the season if you look at our squad it's clear that the mentioned players won't be in the first 17 but would defiantly be in first 25. I wouldn't be surprised if the mentioned players managed 10 to 15 first team games this season, which would be right for players that are just breaking into the first team.
