As it happens I do not have a personal choice for the position of head coach and if it is Agar then I am happy to support the club's decision to appoint him, after all they have interviewed him and must be happy with him if it happens, what I questioned your post about was the naivety of your plumbers mate's explanation as to the delay for the announcement that's all, btw when you see him again can you ask him when he's finally going to come and fit me that outside tap, thanks in anticipation, oh and can you remind him about the inadequate water pressure in the gents please.

You should be. Really, you should. If I were you, I'd be emailing the club on a daily basis and encouraging others to do the same, warning them that you will take a very dim view of them appointing Agar. He really is that bad. I know a lot of Wakey fans didn't rate Kear, but I'd have taken him over Agar every day of the week and twice on a Sunday.

That's what makes me doubt the critics of Agar too.

A lot of people liked Kear too but only really came out about it when the idiotic Kear out brigade got too loud.

Agar wouldn't be my first choice but I don't see him as a bad coach



No one is protesting about Goulding because it is obvious that he is not at that standard. Agar evidentially as he is doing it now. If he has made mistakes at Hull then we can only learn from that.



For me the anti-Agar group are shouting too loud to only have the clubs interests at heart. This is more of a personal thing made up of a perceived favouritism from Elston and the posts from the Hull critics that really aren't showing a balanced view.



If they interview him and he is seen to be the right man for the job, then that is what he is until proven otherwise.

I think it's my first post on here about him. Second, tops.

There's certainly nothing personal in it from my point of view. I've heard absolutely nothing to suggest that Agar is anything other than a thoroughly nice fella. What he isn't, however, is a remotely competent Head Coach. He's dragged our club down for nearly 4 years to the point where many fans had lost all enthusiasm for the sport.



I appreciate that you feel as though you should take a balanced view now, which is commendable. I'll check back a couple of years into his tenure and see how balanced you're all feeling then!

I hope we can give RA a fair crack of it. Every player and manager has a shelf life. We kept hold of JK for a season too long, possibly influenced by the franchise. Maybe HFC kept hold of AG for too long too.

If things don't work out then I really hope that AG and JE deal with things and not mess about like they have done so far.

Could it be that RA may be coming to be an assistant and the HC role is yet to be finalised so nothing to announce? Just cause RA is leaving Hull doesn't mean he will be HC, does it?



I am not in the know in anyway just could be another twist in the ongoings, who knows but who ever it is a clean slate should be good for all persons involved if it doesn't work out then begin to question the appointments. Simples!

To be fair to Kear, with the upheaval you had before this season started, Wayne Bennett would have struggled to do any better. You were always going to be up against it, and I don't know what Kear could have done to achieve a higher league position.

ive been told this morning not to rule noble out of it.at one point his wage demands seemed to have ruled him out but a local buisseness man as offered to meet the club 50/50 with his wages.dont know how reliable this is though
