With the loss of Locke and the swapping of 2 players for "lesser" players, it's extremely difficult to be optimistic.

I have said all along any player departing might as well get off asap. Smith was on his way much like Mc shane , the only difference for me was Smith put the effort in Mcshane wobbled about with next to no interest.
With regards to the hooking role you would expect a hooker to show skills in the speed and accuracy of the play the ball, good runs from dummy half, a half decent kicking game, the ability to go over the line from close in, and the ability to show some determination in the tackle. Now for me only one hooker in the game shows skills in all the above, most show skills in 3 0r 4 of the above. Mcshanes in this seasons shown very little any any.

I quite simply don't rate him , end of.
With regards to effort I base my view on the fact I have not seen much from Mcshane and Moore would have to be frozen to the spot not to provide more.

Absolute .
McShane has been of the most laziest players this season. No enthusiasm at dummy half, crap lazy kicking, and half d defensive efforts as well. I'm glad he's gone, but at the same time we've swapped him for someone who will add nothing more than he did and doesn't want to be here.
All in all this cheap option transfer is just one less nail MC has for the coffin. |

If I were to follow that principle when judging Wakefield Trinity Wildcats, I would have to consider this.

The only conclusion from the outside looking in, is that we are preparing to fail and cutting the losses and impact on people's livelihoods.
"From the outside looking in"
It's time for someone on the 'inside looking out' to be frank with the supporters and lay their cards on the line. If there's some other goal we are aiming for and a different game in play then it's getting dangerously close to ending the club.

Too True Avenger all the signs are there most people have buried there heads in the sands. If this is the plan behind the fans back well that would be unforgivable. I just hope we can some how manage to stay up and get enough attention to our plight to secure at least our short term future. |

There are at least two I contributed to. I'll search back later. One relating to the number of forward and poor passes he was throwing out from acing half back and another about his poor option taking and aimless kicks on the last tackle (this would have been after this culminated in him cocking up against Catalans). |
