Who was number 16 ? Good strong runs, did plenty of good work. Mariano excellent again, as was Wildie. I think Moore is excellent with the boot, he needs to work on attacking the line and changing the play though. That should come with time and more SL experience. Overall an enjoyable £10.

Morton needs to go; not good enough. Dont care what rest of you say; he's not good enough at any level imo

I think we need to give him longer, he has the potential but IMO its a confidence issue.

This didnt help with the amount of stick he got yesterday unfortunately.

I obviously did not come over from France for a friendly, but have seen enough of Morton live and on video to come to the conclusion he is simply not good enough.How much time is he supposed to be given for goodness sake, he has been around quite a while now.

He has no real physical presence. which would not be too bad if he had blistering pace, which he has not.

We should be asking has he the potential to be a Hall, Charnley or Briscoe ?

Are not they all about the same age as him?

Got to agree. Sadly Morton is not up to sl level. He tries bUt hasn't got the Pace or size. He's had chances under kear and had the odd glimpse of promise but not on a regular

basis.

Ever since that cas game, morton has been berated by some of his fans left right and centre. I'd like to see those fans try and deal with a high bomb in wet and windy conditions and under pressure.

I agree here and id also like to see u all try defending the right side of the field by yourselves most of the game. Whilst we all stand at the side giving u the sort of crap he gets. Wingers wernt used under kear they had to go running from dummy half a few times a game then spend the rest defending. Lets see if agar can get his confidence back up also think he needs a stint on dual reg.

I'd like to see some team sheets and the scoreboard working, may make the youngsters feel like they count.

That really is poor. It's attention to detail that counts and the fact that in the new razamataz world of SL it's often forgotten that the Rugby is still the most important bit. At that age it really matters to see your name in lights or at least on paper. The club wouldn't disrespect a sponsor like that so why do it to a young player some of whom are virtually playing for free at that level.

Fans aren't professional RL players though, that's the point. Morton always seems to have an eye on the onrushing defenders. It may have something to do with his size, he always looks vulnerable to being snapped in two. He needs bulking up big time or the kid has no future at SL level.

He did look like he'd put a couple of pounds on TBH



I do think it's a confidence thing and some of his decission making is questionable, I agree a dual reg is probs the best solution as he will either get some confidence quickly or make it easy to decide on his future in SL
