They'd even printed off the merlin picture card "Laurie Daley - Wakefield Trinity" for that one, a google image search brings it up. |

I believe Daley got injured just before he was supposed to arrive. Those were the days when the big name Aussie players would come over for an extra few quid after the Oz season had finished.
Think Steve Georgallis was the last one we had before we switched to summer rugby.

If that is the case hopefully the club is now working hard in the background to sign a big powerful NRL standard prop with a point to prove such as Danny Fualolo who doesn't seem to have signed for anyone.... |
