It's a shame for the lad to not be sorted at this time of the year when just about all teams will have spent their budget. Just looking around Sl teams he'd easily get a starting place in quite a few imo. Some teams are crying out for pace and finishing ability and he certainly brings that.

If you've spent up to the cap, you must have some exceptional players.

But sometimes how much you pay players, doesn't necessarily make them any better than the players at another club not up to the cap.

Well, 12 of our top 20 players have won GF winners rings, so they’ve earned better money even if last year didn’t go well. Plain and simple if you’re part of a team that helps your club win trophies it will be reflected in your wage. The only SL GF winner you have in your squad is BJB and he won that with Leeds.

Not now no because we don’t need a winger as much as we need a prop.

I don't know what's happened at Toronto but he's far too good not to be playing at the highest level and if money was no concern I'd love him back here. When Tom was injured for example there was hardly any drop in skill and finishing ability.

You could have offered him a deal when it was apparent that he was leaving us?

I was always under the impression that teams like Wakey had to pay more to a player in wages to make the move more appealing?

Leeds players were used to making up their salaries from incentive bonuses?

As for props, you've got Crosby, Mullally, Singleton, Cuthbertson, isn't Peteru a prop and there's Jones-buchanan at a push.

Someone asked why Leeds didn’t sign him, I answered why and myself and other posters have managed to have a debate about it.



You’ve just come along as per usual and thrown out an insult. I haven’t insulted anybody, just offered a different opinion and POV whether people agree with it or not. You just can’t accept or handle people having a different view to you and always result to insults which begs the question whether message boards are the right thing for you.
