Quote Trinity1315="Trinity1315"A few weeks ago I would have said 'bring Saints on!" Since then the team has changed, injuries, new players etc.
Not much chance I'm afraid, unless the team emerge with attitude, purpose and the HEART to win.'"
I think you are being rather disingenuous to wards Trinity.
The 2 London games aside, Trinity have played with the heart of a lion this season.
Crippled by the worst run of injuries in almost 50 years, they are still within touching distance of a play off spot and doing ok.
Saints are red hot at the moment and will very likely win. After all, they have only lost once all season and have a full squad and home advantage.
The bookies are giving us 14 points start, which may not be enough. However, if we can get something close to a 9/10 performance and have some luck with the bounce of the ball and not get screwed by the officials, maybe, just maybe, we can cause an upset.
One thing we need to do is get as many fans over to St Helens as possible and support the team.
The pressure is all on Saints.
