Think we need to create an atmosphere like we do at away games! - The players have made numerous comments on the "travelling fans noise" after away games!

| It's sad that the day has come when RL fans are to be forcefully segregated.
I have been to practically all the Cas v Wakefield games, at both grounds, and seen little to suggest that this is necessary.
It will also be interesting to see what now happens when the fixture is played at WR, Cas could be really awkward and only allow Wakefield supporters to stand in the open Railway End - not good if it's raining!

| We need to see segregation from the positive perspective that it creates a great atmosphere. something we have sought at BV for a number of decades. The one things we create away we can now do at home.
It's the way the games going anyway & this open plan will be a thing of the past at NM.

That's where we always stand, so how many have you actually been to?
You will have cover from the eastern stand.
Grow up, you don't get this issue anywhere else & Fev have told you the same thing.
Finally, has it occurred to you that your "patchy" history could be partially responsible?

| As i said on the Cas forum, whilst appreciative the club have been forward thinking in trying to avert the potential for trouble i kind of think this adds problems rather than solves them. Hopefully though sense will prevail and all can behave themselves. Whilst a derby, i still see it as a chance to converse with fellow rugby fans over a beer in good natured banter

| I don't think it's segregation to minimise trouble myself,I think it's simply a way to get the majority of Wakey fans in there to create an atmosphere, nothing more sinister.

| I must confess I would be pretty annoyed if I was a cas fan and I don't see the reasoning for it,sometimes I go with my uncle and he's a cas fan.

It's where some of your fans stand when the weather is nice (from the WRE it looks like more stand in the Princess Street Stand, though that could just be my perception). However, I'd like to see how many of you would stand there when it's raining!
I really don't mind standing in a specific stand, but I just think it's sad that this has happened. I will be attending the game with a Wakefield-supporting friend and we intended to stand together behind the sticks are per normal. I will be interested to see how this is managed, and have the feeling it could cause more problems than it is intended to prevent.

Looks to me like it's a combination of the atmosphere thing and "look we have a roof now! Homes fans only though".

| What's wrong in us trying to re-create our own "kop" like the old south stand was?
Lots of grounds are intimidating to away teams, what is wrong with us doing it to other teams?
