sadly ive never been to WR so i dont know what its like.is the £4.9million for the sale of WR,the carparking area and a training ground or just the stadium ?.

the club own the whole land inc stadium,training pitch,and car park.

I believe that is for the whole site mate.

I would imagine it's all in. BV sold for £2.8m and it's a smaller.

I have heard of a one horse race but its just gone from bad to worse now that Castleford have submitted final planning. Barnsley here we all come and I am not looking forward to that for three seasons. We just get further and further behind. What next a proposed partner at Newmaket jumping ship. WE are just like the Titanic sinking fast, let us all hope we spend less time in the lower division than it took to find the Titanic. The next stumbling block will be if the club is sustainable on shrinking gates and in division 1. Then theres the squad we think its bad now and thats in super league my god whats it gonna be like in twelve months time, and where the hell is the money going to come from to put a squad together in 2014 but more than likely 2016 if as expected they extended the licence period by two years. And lets be honest we may by then have a new stadium but what about Leigh and the expected application from Tolouse and we all know that the RFL have only ever wanted one club from the area in Super League, my god it gets worse we are never going to get back in. Maybe those wise men that started Super League where right at the beginning of it all and MERGER was the only option. But that takes foresight and there is one thing that is certain the club is lead by people who do not have any.

I think in light of whats going on here as fans we need to work together! we really don't wanna lose either club do we? if we do we lose 2 big games a year. in its place will be a taffy team that make its own rules at our expense! ground envy as made a few of us miss what is really going on out there!!

But it's bigger than just us, it's supporters of all clubs who value tradition and fair play!

The problem is that the BOD of the top five clubs and the RFL do not care a jot about the traditions of the game.
