Heard this morning it may be a little sooner than first thought with Chester been back in SL, not in a head coach role but heard Waney will be back at Wigan next year with Chester as his assistant, if he wants the job.

Somebody will have to do it on their last few performances.

Wane is supposed to be Director of Rugby or whatever title it’s given next year isn’t he with Matty Peet as first team coach. Chester could well work as his assistant as a more experienced pair of hands.

I hope that's true and Chester can take full advantage.

The way they are playing he is a natural choice and no I will not be red faced because the important thing is that he is no longer coaching us. I hope we agreed or built in a clause that states we stop paying him once or if he finds alternative employment.
