| If Bradford lose, it puts the panel in the position of effectively relegating a team, and possibly destroying a new business. That puts them in an impossible position.
I don't think the RFL will want any outcome that suggests they got it wrong at the start of the season, that they derailed Bradford's season by getting it wrong, so I don't buy the "let's have a million pound game" desire. But if we win, I reckon the points will be cancelled out in some way. If Bradford win, I reckon it will stay the same, cancelling out their two points, confirming the correctness of the earlier decision.
A lot depends on the parameters of the tribunal. Two possible questions:
1. Complete rehearing, looking at new criteria, a second bite of the cherry as it were. That could result in a reduction of the sanction
Or
2. Was the RFL decision unreasonable? That's a different question. Someone can have a different opinion on something without the conflicting opinion being unreasonable. The tribunal could rule, on that question, "we would have maybe come to a different view, but the RFL decision was reasonable in the circumstances, given the criteria they had to apply". Which would mean the points stay the same.

Quote The Avenger="The Avenger"
Marc Green bought the Bulls out of Administration probably because it was cheaper and didn't leave him liable for the debts, that's just a pure business decision, morally questionable maybe but he's a businessman so I'm not judging him.
The reality is that he's bought the Bulls so it's safe to say that for whatever reason he at some point wanted to buy the Bulls and he did so by purchasing them on the cheap from the Administrator rather than the more expensive option of pre Administration which, as explained above, would have been more costly both in the short and long term. The downside to buying after Administration is that the RFL would impose a 6 point penalty but presumably Mr Green being an astute businessman would have done his due diligence and understood this before making his decision.
It's a simple thought process really,
[iI want to buy the Bulls
(Option 1)I can pay top dollar, pay the creditors and have no points deduction
Or
(Option 2) I can buy them cheap, pay no creditors but suffer a six point penalty
Option 2 it is then

| I'm not confident about next week at all. And we have a habit of kickstarting London's season too. The one plus point is that although they'll beat us, I'm not sure they'll beat anyone else.
If Agar can't get them up for this game, he has to be toast. The Bulls couldn't be any lower than they are at the moment.

| 46-4 to the Catalan dragons; I thought it might have been a closer run thing.

| I genuinely don't think you have much to worry about barring another financial meltdown, but Carter seems to have things under a tight reign from what I hear from your fans.

Got a letter this morning asking for more lottery participation and I feel confident enough in the regime to give some. I do honestly think he is rebuilding the right way, provided we can get through this season.
