this is getting beyond a joke now ---- the ground situation is a disgrace - somebody do something or we will be dead

Whatever is decided the one group that will not be considered or consulted are the supporters. We have been promised updates on several occasions covering many years and to date nothing but one excuse after another. The last I believe was when everyone was back from holiday, but I now notice that our Chairman is away.

I expect we will be left with a fait accompli because the club is nothing more than a pawn in a game of brinkmanship between the board and WMDC with the only losers the great club that is Wakefield Trinity and us the supporters.

I expect the usual suspects will rally to the support of the board and the fine work they are doing but remember we could shortly be moving to a championship club with a reduced capacity and outside our home district and no plans in place to ever return.

It is easy to blame the council but I don't know of any extra help they have given to Castleford or Featherstone. They gave us planning permission called in by the conservative Goverment they provided the same for Castleford. If someone can explain in what way we have been treated on a less preferential basis than our two neighbours. Over to the happy band of MC tweeting set to enlighten us all.
