Campbell didn't allow Clarke to run through some soft tackles or Cox to go 60 metres, through some more suspect defence.
Daft forced passes and an inability to think about controlling the game.
At times we were our own worse enemy, which leads to the ref getting it in the neck.

The players are told not to move by the physio and the doctor when major injury or trauma is suspected. He 'jumped up', it took him about 3 minutes to get up, not sure about how he got up - jumped? |

Thought he was poor but have to say the one yellow card he did get right was Kirmos when he stuck his leg out seen it happen so many times with different players and they have got away with it.He had no choice with England and Gidley but to use the yellow card but was a bit harsh on BJB
