needs a line drawing , it should be made clear to all what is owed and if admin is the way forward so be it. Proper business plans need drawing up by ,hopefully, new investors.The bod should go sooner rather than later so the club can move on because with them theres no hope of investment or an end to the club floundering

Is there any reason why the club can't call in the administrators now? We all know the £500k will not be raised and any investors will not show any interest until the club is in admin. Seems to me the club might as well cut to the chase and sort it out now rather then waiting two weeks. That is of course presuming there are no laws against doing such a thing.

That was kind of what I was saying WHY after attending Tuesday's meeting, after god knows how many times it's been explained by people on here, does he worry for those people, who's money quite clearly is safe and will be returned to them WHEN the £500k is not raised.

Sorry for being a bit thick with what is to follow but, how will it work if you do go into administration ?. Will it just be a case that all your debts will be writen off and you can just start with a clean slate (if you get the new investors that you believe are waiting to step in) or is it the case that all your assets would be sold off namely the players to clear the debts. as i said sorry for being a bit thick i just dont know how administration works.

I don't think this hearing will take place because I think that is exactly what will happen. I think the club/company will call in the administrators prior to this and then that will be that... unless the BOD have something else up their sleeves! |
