Smith played and got injured, looks like a hamstring injury. Penny played too and didn't do much, the Wire winger did him for pace. Penny also went off injured.

Him and J Smith didn't make any kind of impact... against a team they should have been doing.

Smith never made an impact at Salford so god knows why anyone thought it would be any different here. If he doesn't stand out at u20 level then that says it all.
