The report in League Express says Barrow "ripped through 'Haven". I hope our result there is better than that!

The only trouble with friendlies is we cannot get a true picture with teams trialing new players etc etc

Not much happening today. Started really well and should have been further ahead.



First run out and result not important. Learn from the errors today and move on.

I couldn't make it to Barrow today unfortunately. Results-wise on the positive side Barrow had a run out last week so were more match fit. Also the League, which is most important doesn't start until April so there's a little time to learn lessons. On the negative side it would've been nice to see a win for the first game of the season. Let's go and give Leigh a game next week!
