McDonald is the best up and coming fighter in the world IMO, this is an awful mismatch!

seems like mills has been chucked in at the deep end big time with that fight...way too early to be fighting the likes of mcdonald.

Really cant see how Bisping can win this fight but hope im wrong!

It's a tricky fight. At first, my thoughts were that Sonnen would just out wrestle him and lay on him for 3 rounds.



However, thinking back to Bisping's previous fights...it is incredibly difficult to take him down and keep him there. Rashad Evans couldn't manage it, and if he can't then not many will be able to!



It'll be a close fight. Sonnen will get a few takedowns, Bisping will get back up fairly quickly and try to use his striking. It all depends which the judges favour!

Cant see it myself...he hasnt had a sub or even come close to getting one whilst being in the ufc and out of the 4 he has got 2 of em are tapout due to strikes!



I think that he wont be able to stay on the feet long enough to get the decision with judges usually favouring wrestlers....after watching the belfort v rumble fight hed do well to have dan mirgliotta reffing it!!

He has a very underrated ground game IMO.



He's thought some good submission guys and made them look very ordinary. With Sonnen being susceptable to triangles I think he'd have no problem fighting off his back.

Agreed...30 - 27?? what the hell was that judge watching!!



Apart from the takedowns in round 1 and 2 Bisping controlled the pace of the fight up against the cage and with his striking....At the very worst it should have been a draw.



I think Anderson will smash Sonnen next time and id like to see Bisping fight Stann or Belfort next.
