Still a great few weeks for Murray.



He has cemented himself as a definite number four in the world, and the way Djokovic has gone in the second half of the season, I wouldn't be surprised to see Murray climb to number 3 next year.

To be fair he was about 1/1 million on so no need for gloating,im on Blake to beat him today but even if that loses im still well up from his win yesturday

Lighten up. I wasn't gloating. It was sods law that's all poster makes a comment and the opposite happens, I call it the Motty Curse as we see it all the time from sports commentators.

Murray will get to at least the No 2 ranking and win a Grand Slam, I'm certain of that.



Nadal at his best though is a machine and is around Murray's age, it would have to be a doubt whether or not he can shift him from number 1.

I doubt that Murray will ever make it to number one, after a rough patch three or four months back following his Wombledon exit Fed was shaky but over the past month or two has looked back on his game and was favourite to win in Paris before his injury. I do think that at some stage Fed will call it a day before Nadal, Djorko and Andy pack in. Whether Andy can move up the table to second is a big call.



Personally I think that in pursuit of money the ATP calendar is far too full, for those at the top in this results in virtually all year round tennis. It's not surprising that players pull out through injury.
