Just read that Dupree had actually agreed a new contract at Salford and all this has come as a surprise to him, got to say if I was a Salford fan I’d be a bit ed off given the money they raised and I’d also be a little worried, hopefully they just decided it was an offer too good to turn down as they’ve been a breath of fresh air the last few years, wouldn’t be good to see them in trouble financially.

I like what they are doing at Wigan. You sense that they are building something. Dupree, Chan, and Walters are decent young additions.

Hadn’t seen much of Dupree before his time with us.
