Bias aside I'd still say Sams having the biggest impact of the 3 at the moment and if he keeps his form between now and the vote he'll win it.

The MOS is awarded (or supposed to be awarded) to the player who has made the most influence. Roby therefore makes the most influence in most areas. If Tomkins plays poorly the team is still able to perform to almost the same level. As you are saying 'shut Roby down and you shut the team down. Wereas shut Sam down and the team can still play.

I think its good that there is no standout individual and will a tough one to call. Sam, Roby, Monas, Lockers and Chase have all been strong this year but for me its between the first 2.

Between Sam Tomkins and Roby for me. Roby's made 1000 metres than anyone else and is only 2 tackles behind the top tackler, but then Tomkins has that ability to turn a game with a sidestep or whatever. I think it depends what you look for in the Man of Steel that settles it between these two.

Between Roby, Monaghan and Sam forget the others.
