Unfortunately, I am old enough to have been to most of those finals, being honest about it, I got bored and missed a couple. That is not arrogance btw, it is fact, I fell out with the game because it was too easy for us. I much prefer it nowadays with some real competition. By mentioning jealousy, I meant the fact that you haven't won the league since.... before my time. My first game was the Lancashire cup final in 1980 at Knowsley Road where you beat us. (Well done.) Where you there.? (Yes, I was only a kid but went to all of the div 2 matches that season from that point on.)



I don't want this to become another which is best GF or CC thread, but until you win the league you will never be regarded as a great team. Fact is for all of our CC wins we more often than not won the league as well.
