Wakefield have reveled a £400 k black hole in their annual budget. They are trading at a 400k loss per year and desperately need to raise some cash to balance the books. That is how the bulls saga started. Difficult and slippery slope, particularly if they try and chase sl survisal next year. The have and always will be a club that struggles financially. You only need to lookat their stadium and the fact that its only a couple of seasons ago they were in Administration and they are already in finacial trouble again. Brave decision Chris has made to join them.

This kind of thing amazes me in that it seems to happen time and again in Rugby League. Is it really that hard to budget and only spend what you earn? It is a pity though because Glover really seemed to have turned things around there both on and off the field with increased attendances and things like getting the terracing covered.

I'd be seeing if Tuson and Wakefield wanted to reconsider.

Yeah especially as I've been less than impressed with Hughes his year. Probably second season syndrome though, just like Faz had a bit.

Pettybourne is better than Tuson, he offers us impact off the bench so in my opinion our team will be better in the back row next year.



It's a shame we have to lose Tuson who is a solid professional and certainly contributes to our team, but that is professional sport, you have to be emotive.



Shocked he has gone to Wakefield mind, Salford chucking daft money about on old men and do not chuck their hat in the ring for Tuson seems an odd decision.

IMO this is another example of a players face not fitting and/ or being shown up by Wane like others have at various parts of the season , I don't think Tusons place round the Wane family dinner table is available anymore .

I think the facts are simple. Rugby league is a short career and players need to maximise their earnings potential.



What is disappointing is wigan prepared to be out bid by wakefield for one of our own. A firt team 1-17 regular for the past 2 season and we allow wakey to out bid us.



I think you can tell from RADS interview at the time it was announced that he wasnt happy and has let this lad slip through the net. Wigan need to be better than that.
