I'm not bothering with a shirt this time as i don't think the quality looks great and many people have posted as such,personally i think its poor that the badges and stars are printed and not embroidered especially when you consider the price,i will stick with my special edition shirt i think I'm 46 out of 1000,i wanted number 1 but Mr Lenagan has that one.

I do really like that kit, looks superb. Obviously wouldn’t replace cherry and white with it but I think it’s the best kit currently and given it supports such an important charity makes it all the better IMO

Bit off topic but how big does Mitch Clark upper body look in that photo? If he can improve his fitness he could be a real handful.

He looks in much better nick now then he did at the back end of last year with Leigh. I’m looking forward to watching him. The side should have much better go forward this year, especially if we pick Burgess, Bullock and Clark in the same side. We should always have at least one prop on the field smashing the metres out and not be getting pinned in our 30 metres, like we were at times in the play offs. If they’ve be good enough defensively is another matter.

Sorry, but when I go to watch Wigan play away, I expect the team to be wearing the tradition Cherry and White unless there is a colour clash like against St Helens, Salford etc.



But, I accept that some supporters will buy it, especially as it is for a charity.

There’s some real competition in the pack this year which excites me. Ben Flower wants his 10 shirt back, Byrne/Partington/Havard want their starting place, Clubb/Bullock/Clarke/G Burgess have a point to prove, Navarette wants back in.

Isn't Flower also playing for a new contract? That should see some improvement at least.

I believe so yes. That always puts fire in a players belly but as much as I like him I think the end of 2020 should spell the end of Flower at Wigan
