Where are you getting that idea from?
The 10 year rule has been in place for a few years now and they are not exempt.

It would appear that MR FRISK is just guessing like everybody else seems to be at the moment. There has been no clarity of what changes, if any, have been made to the cap rules.
Its alright having a go at him but he's no more spouting rubbish as the idiots who reckoned Wigan were going to be allowed to signed Gareth Thomas with nothing counting on the cap and his salary being paid by the RFL. Now those people were seriously deluded.
