Wouldn't you think Leeds' "inspirational captain" Kevin Sinfield would know to wash his face before he appeared on camera?

More importantly, why was there no national repeat this week?

There is. It's airing as I write. now on BBC Two. It only aired regionally for the first time earlier tonight.



Kevin Sinfield couldn't have looked totally dis-interested. Again though they should just go the whole hog and rename it the Leeds Rhinos show. Never a week passes without a Leeds player on it.



They also had a woman commentator, Sharon Shortle, who I've heard on the radio before, but hard to get used to women commentating.

She's almost as bad as her on MOTD (might be the same person actually)

No it's not the same. They are all cr*p on the Super League show because the do the commentaries "off tube" as they call it.

She was awful

When did he have his charisma bypass too? Seriously, just because he's leeds captain doesn't mean he'd be a good guest. Kear was enthusiastic but Sinfield was just dull. Really, really dull. Get Burrow back on.



it may not sit too well with the 'victim complex' that some people have developed this season but Kear was very complimentary about our play this year.

I thought that too actually. But I don't think the victim complex thing is completely unjustified. Look where we are in the table, and look how far down the pecking order we were in terms of importance. They shoehorned us in right near the end.



I admit the Humberside derby is a big event, but it's no bigger this week than the Wigan v Wire derby.



And if Sinfield is 'inspirational', there must be another meaning to the word over in Yorkshire that I'm not aware of. He was scruffy and dirty, and looked like he couldn't be d giving more than a monosyllabic mutter to any question he was asked. Awful.

They should get Peacock on, he sounds intelligent

News night is more interesting than listening to Kevin Sinfield, seriously.



It's like the film the 'Invasion' with Daniel Craig and Nicole Kidman, a remake of 'Invasion of the Body Snatchers' where aliens take over peoples bodies and they don't ever show emotion or personality etc.

couldn't believe they didn't mention Wigan v Wire...the biggest game of the season so far!



Sinfield is borderline balsa wood!..and the woman commentator was shockingly bad!
