Ideally we would start hanging on to the better talent we produce. There is a pretty decent SL team of London trained talent. I guess the budget is limited so other teams can offer more. The big issue is sustainability of the club as we rely on a single benefactor. I don't buy into the idea that there is no audience for RL in London but you do have to sell the game.

And therein lies the problem. We appear to have neither the money or the inclination to do that.
