In the email I received from fragrant Fulvia I'm encouraged to hot foot it to the ticket site because they are "selling out fast". Also be quick to book your legends lounge spot because "enquiries are coming in thick and fast". Looking forward to pushing my way through the crowds.

I feel like gutterfax - Gus just called to discuss this error and the season ticket stuff. He's held his hands up that the email was a big mistake and is getting that fixed. Same with things like the newsletter that they couldn't do with only a couple of people left doing these things. The vouchers being non-compulsary was still the response.



Apparently there was an open training session earlier in the season with only 10 people there - did anyone else get notification of it? I have no memory of something like that so could be a mailing list needs updating or something??



My comments back were mostly that it'd be better just with more communication. Whether it's a tweet or a quick post on the site, just say 'this is why we're doing this' or 'not doing this' and everyone will be a bit better about it. As above, if there's some sort of disclaimer about items like vouchers at least we know!



I also said that people who post online, discuss on Twitter, email him etc would probably be willing to help spread messages. I'm prepared to pitch in helping keep things looking quality where necessary, and I've apologised to Fulvia for putting her name here.



So nothing really to report, except it was good of him to call, not sure you'd get that at other clubs.

They sent an email out on 30 July and again on 31 August saying 1pm. Just a shame they didn't amend the time on the website after the 1st email was sent out. D'oh.
