| And that failure to address the fact that we haven't been able to attract a single english marquee player in the last decade shows that the RFL are happy for us to start every season with a salary cap that is three players less than every northern team.
Living costs have cost us a shot at being a SL club, one thing that should have been shouted about, as it is a hindrance to us, not a benefit.
If we volunteer down the leagues than it would be a complete waste of time unless this issue was addressed. Ratify the cost of living and adjust the salary cap accordingly, even then we won't be able to attract players to play semi-pro.
We need a new IL to come in and pay the other half of the bills; media, promotion of the club, infrastructure, etc or we should go down on our terms, on a Salary cap that is fair to us, not fair for all.

| Correct me if I am wrong but this is the fist season that Broncos have claimed to be you think spending the full cap. Why do you think raising the cap will help?

| The three additional players on a SL av wage that has been ascertained as the figure by which London are at a disadvantage due to living costs would be of great benefit to a club which has gone into a season 22 against 25 on all clubs that spend to the cap.

In this season maybe but other seasons it would have made no difference because Broncos were not spending the full cap.

it wouldn't unless the people at the club responsible for spending the money are changed.

| In respect of a higher cap for London
But why should the rules be changed just cos a bag of chips are dearer in London? It's not the RFLs fault or any of the other teams for that matter.
Why should the rest be penalised just to suit London ?

You don't really understand the concept of London weighting do you? It's not penalising others, it's putting London on a level playing field. We're currently being penalised as it is now. HTH

| It seems the self pity city wants it all ways. There should be no bias towards or against the Broncos. As an evil southern Tory once said "on your bikes"

The club is nomadic and doesn't need to be in London so any bias is self imposed, if you want the kudos of being in the capital then don't be bleating about any hardships you encounter, with all this bleating and hand wringing you are turning people off the idea of a team in the capital. Grow a pair and get on with supporting your club , instead of trying to scrounge outside the rules. You are starting to sound like wakey fans
