It's pretty funny that the CEO texts a guy on the other side of the planet with updates but doesnt bother with the rest of us. Especially when that guy does nothing but slate him over and over.

It would seem that there is nobody around to deal with the day-2-day stuff at the Club, like updating the website, facebook page or twitter account. Not sure if there is a new shirt manufacturer lined up or if the cricket guys will get the contract again, if there will be the same old design or something new and exciting, if there will be a new club shirt sponsor, the release date for ticketing information and structures, the current squad and updates on pre-season, confirmation that we are playing Leeds at Headingly in a pre-season testimonial, dates for a fans forum etc...etc.

I am not new to these forums but have been reading them for years but never really post.



Gutterfax, I know you are supposed to be in the know via text but your constant bragging on here about what you know is really tedious.Okay the Facebook, twitter accounts have not been updated.You are constantly on these , why don't you offer to update them for the club.Then you can actually say you are doing something worthwhile for the club and help spread the word rather than sniping at the club.

A watcher eh......good for you. Personally, I'll take the longevity of your observation with a pinch of salt.







I've done my fair share for the club over the years, such as Leafletting, meeting with RFL Marketing contractors, setting up fundraisers that the club ignored but other clubs used, organising full coaches to away games etc.... (as a watcher you'll already know this) and have actually recently offered, complete with me signing a NON DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT, to assist in the promotion and marketing of the club which would essentially prevent me from saying anything anywhere. I do this for a living (marketing, not keyboard warrioring

) and as such, this time around I wouldn't have done it for no money and we now have a top notch marketing and comms team at the Hive WHO WE ARE PAYING TO DO THIS STUFF anyway.....not my job. As for it being Tedious? Of course it's tedious. The point has been made to the club that you get the same number of characters in a standard text message as you do in a TWEET! but it seems to have been missed. It will continue to be tedious.





Nice map. £68,000 and change was the ST revenue from 2012.....I suspect that these people are of little interest to the new admin and marketing team as it is a given that 80% of these people will either renew or at worse roll up for the Salford game anyway. No need to text Gus BTW.....he spends time like you do.....watching these boards and will be concerned with the privacy breach it displays
