Two for one ticket offer for the Warrington game. The club are getting a bit carried away here.

This is an odd one for me; they've chosen a game that's almost guaranteed to be a defeat, and likely a heavy one at that, as an opportunity to run a ticketing promotion. Seeing Warrington, who by rights have no business being in this competition, run in lots of tries against us is hardly likely to encourage newbies (and returnees) to come back the following week. I don't think it's all that smart.

How have Warrington got on in their other games ? Didn't they only just beat Halifax at the w/e ?Maybe we can compete with them and impress a few newbies.

The onus is on the team to perform similar to Fax did at Wire and make a game of it and show of there skills and capabilities. Warrington is the biggest draw in this middle 8's lets promote it.

I have to agree with Plum. Warrington were poor though out the regular season and this has continued in the 8s. Although we have not won in the 8s we have competed and we may well have a chance against them. So we should not be written off.

Warrington have no business in this competition? They have every right to be in this competition and fully deserve to be here, just because they have been top of the tree does not give them rights to stay there if they don't compete, look at other teams you could have said that about in the past, e.g. Bradford.

I find it ironic lots of folk complain that the club don't market or push the game, now they are doing something folk are saying it's wrong, most odd.

Glad to see people are more optimistic about this game than I am.

I find it ironic that some still defend the club blindly even though its now playing home games at a conference centre against 2nd tier opposition where as it used to play at a bespoke rugby stadium against world renowned names such as Wigan and st Helens....

We could beat Warrington but probably won't. And promotion if ever a realistic opportunity disappeared at the Fev game.

Agreed, promotion is gone, 6th spot is the best we can do. So need to start planning the trips to Toulouse Toronto and errrrrrrr good god possibly Perpignan hmmm
