In 18 minutes showed us what we have been missing !!!! Strong drives big tackles going round encouraging the forwards in the warm up !!!
Unlucky to be sent off by a totally incompetent ref from where I was, Westwood and co have been doing it all season without reproach !!
Hope it was a clash of heads and he plays at Hull next week, his first drive 15 yards with three men on him and held up set the tone....
Extend his contract by two years worth every penny in my book !!!

Aiiii and what's more if it was a clash of heads don't let the BENT RFL brush it under the carpet, could of cost us the game and heads should roll. Happens far too often for my liking where officials have a bearing on who wins the game, today the Giants players stuck 2 fingers up to corruptness and rolled their sleeves up and refused to be beat.
As above sign up O'Donnell long term cos if nowt else he loves playing Leeds ;-0)

Are you really suggesting the RFL or the Ref deliberately get things wrong ? Oh please. Heads shoud roll ????????? This just typifies the blame culture in the world today. If it was a wrong decision then they happen.
We have many poor refs but I certainly wouldn't do the job. good luck to em.
The sending off gave Giants a great chance to do a back to the wall performance and get some confidence. 150-1 for the grand final on betfred. fill your boots. |

I haven't seen what happened yet so won't comment, once I have if they have taken 8-10 minutes and still got it wrong after the ref and 2 touch judges saw nothing but were advised by the 4th official/match commissioner then that's not just a normal human error, whatever you wanna think |

I've seen it- saw it initially and even though it was on our side it happened too fast for me to see what happened- however ive seen a screen shot of it from sky sports that is doing the rounds on twitter- lods arms are down and it does look like a head clash.
Wigsey- the issue isn't the fact that he was sent off incorrectly- its not the first or last time it will happen - its the fact that the ref initially didn't even stop play- then he had a word. LOD was subbed off-so issue over? No - sinfield et al have a whinge so all of a sudden he changes his mind insists the player is brought back on then gives him the red- because a player was hurt the players whinge and a different outcome. That stinks.

I'm not saying that they didn't get it wrong I'm saying that they didn't do it deliberately get it wrong.
It's over. If it wasn't an unfair hit then O'Donnell will be back next week. I was too far away to see the initial incident.

The more people who help the ref make the correct decision the better. Just as long as that is what is happening. Officials of both clubs should not be allowed to pester the ref or touch judges and if that is what happened then fines should be handed out.

Alibert must be French for incompetent. Terrible decision but it probably helped us more than Leeds. Hardly a conspiracy given that the game was irrelevant. Still it keeps O'Donnell a bit fresher for the play offs.

But when the same thing happens in a game that is very relevant it will be too late

Think it was the person involved that got sent off rather than the actual incident.
Alibert didnt even stop play until king whinger Kev pestered him and i think it was him bugging alibert to send him off backed by the Whinos lot booing LOD.
