Why would he see the need to? I expect Salford will be playing Leigh in the middle 8 next season (might even be relegated if Bradford get their points back) and if we pay him a decent contract it won't be much different from what Salford would offer.

I took it as Ryan assuring us that he has no thoughts of going anywhere this season. That doesn't have to mean that he will be going anywhere else after that, but it's a possibility that he isn't willing to rule out at this stage.

To be honest, he doesn't state that he won't be leaving before the end of his contract, however he is contracted beyond this season and is going nowhere this season. The lad is clever and won't lie hence his emphasis on where his loyalties lie at the moment but who knows what the future holds. We can read into it what we like but let's reap hay whilst the sun shines and hope we achieving everything we (including Ryan) wants this year. This may or not determine his future for 2015 but let's support the lad to the hilt and make it emotionally impossible for him to choose to leave for the buck.

I hope to see him play in a Leigh shirt in SL however a rugby career is short and he will want to win something .

He's worse than Ellis, you won't want him

Two completely different styles of play, TBH saw Brieley as a full back until recently but can now see him at HB in a Danny Maguire type of role

Jesus Christ wouldn't look good enough in the Hull sides of the past couple of years
