So much talk about what will happen next season, and the make up of this year's 8s fixtures, what will be will be, I'd like Derek to stay, even if he has to reduce his investment in the Club, but if he feels he has to go then so be it , someone will take over, maybe we have to start on a 12 point deduction,we will survive,with decent crowds and a hard core following ,I realise maybe folk won't want to come to watch the bottom 8s , but a fair few will.

Myself I'm bringing my eldest daughter for the first time this season, she's been to a couple of away games and is now ready to start watching games at the LSV again,let's all try to convince new or even old fans to return.

Being the high profile expierienced player's they are purported to be - only one short of half a team you name there, and there are others still with us that fall into the same catagorie, are they not a good part of the reason that we find ourselves in?

We can blame all and sundry within the club but people in the stands didn't drop any balls, give any bad passes, miss to many tackles, etc, etc.

Albeit better management off the field could and should have been better, ultimatley the buck has to stop with the player's.

Hopefully it wouldn't be a 12 point deduction, Ian. Bradford's punishment was in the days of three points for a win. However, it's all relative and we would still have to win as many games as Bradford did, to get back to zero!

I'm not commenting on the ability or quality of their play, Harry - merely that the club hasn't even mentioned they have gone! Wouldn't you say that Hansen, in particular, was worthy of a thank you, from the club?

How about if they only deduct the points for four games though, as they did with Bradford? Then 4 x 2 = 8.



However, as I said in my post, if they only deduct 8 points, we would still have to win four games to get back to zero, just like Bradford did.
