I'm really excited about friday, its a great opportunity for our lads to test themselves against top opposition, like many others have said I know of people who haven't yet set foot in the LSV coming along to the game...
I do hope however it doesn't have the same effect on the team that it did last year, IIRC we were 11 games unbeaten when we went to Bradford.....

It'd be interesting, maybe the French lads won't fancy it though after the last time they played at the LSV!
I'm looking forward to watching Ferriol, Bosc and Dureau play on friday. Really good RL players to watch.
Been thinking about how Basil will try and beat the Catalans and I reckon it's going to be through the middle like against Widnes, almost like we're the full time team that are odds on favourites and then go out wide if and when we win the armwrestle through the middle. |

How anyone cannot get excited about a fixture of this nature is beyond me. Surely, its this kind of game that you are a fan for in the first place?

Exactly. I realise winning the Northern Rail Cup or getting to a Grand Final to tick our box are in essence more important but these kind of games dont come around that often in our league and I expect Catalans will win because they are a good side but anything can happen in sport. |

remember Wakefield away when Neil Kelly was in charge, for this cup game, he fielded a 'weakened' side, and even handed Magraff Leulia his 1st team debut, played in the centre !! Wouldn't have gone if I'd known 'our side' - won't happen this Friday - with our strongest side (available) we have a chance, albeit a small one. - Can't Wait !!!!!!
