Like I said before. If it's to save the club from financial ruin then fine but why Cas. If he had stayed and we were to win everything this and next year one of the top clubs would have had him. But then we get to the old saying of "if ifs and buts were fivers and tenners we would all be millionaires. Lets not fall out Leythers.

There is a lot of Little Leyther mentality - are many conditioned from birth to think this way?
A 10 min drive from the LSV covers a massive population, we have a fantastic facility for fans and we have some of the best junior talent in RL within that 10 min drive.
I think we have a fantastic opportunity that we are currently incapable of tapping into.

But if going into administration 4/5 months into next season was a possibility then we end up in a bigger mess and Ian ends up out of a job half way through a season |

We have our place in the food chain - we're smaller than Cas and pretty much all of the Super League clubs, but there again we're bigger than most of the Championship sides and those in Championship One. Can't see any negativity in that.

There is sense in that. And our unique position gives us advantages and challenges. We can attract the best outside of SL - but then we are also a shop window for talent. It means we have to be creative, flexible, innovative and agile to keep ahead. true - its not for the feint hearted supporter, but i don't think stability and medicority is our style?
