If people have a ticket for both the Crusaders and Warrington matches but now can not make the re arranged game with Crusaders on Wednesday then I am pretty sure the club will be re funding anyone affected.

Just as an aside, it would be nice to win a pre season game. Pre season game or not it would be nice for the fans shelling out for these games. It could also bring a few more back which is a major aim of the Board.

The strength of Leigh Centurions is being shown by the fact near full strength Rochdale and now Wales two promoted teams from Championship One have struggled to turn us over. I honestly think our 20s would go close to winning Championship One.



Our young halves looked like babies out there but played well above their tender years.



Some young lads with really bright futures in Red & White tonight.

I understand what your saying and agree some people will simply look at score lines.



We could have arranged games for the lads to smash inferior sides but nothing would be gained from it.



The two U20s games vs Rochdale and North Wales first teams have tested the young lads against seasoned pros and men and they have learned from them.



Same with Wigan and Salford narrow losses against full time superior teams have given us far more than battering Rochdale or North Wales firsts.



For the RL purist all games have been very competitive and great to watch and really wet the appetite for the real business IMO.

Not up on the NW Crusaders squad , anyone know if they sent a full strength team ?

I notice we had 4 or 5 '1st teamers' in the squad so I presume we mixed it around a bit with a bit of youth and those that have experienced 1st team RL.

Hankinson looks a player and could push hard this year IMO.



Wales were strong I thought pretty much full strength bar Stephen Wild but could be wrong.

Was at Salford last year stood out against our 20s Keith.



Played in our left centre but wore 11 shirt tonight for anyone who didn't know who he was.

I am not having a pop. Its just I am finding it difficult to gauge just how good we really are.

I hear we are playing our best 17 Sunday including Mick Govin and Wire are sending a very stong squad.



I still think we will win the Championship this season

Couldn't make the match but the Crusaders were understrength - no Gary Middlehurst, Stuart Reardon, Christiaan Roets, Jamie Dallimore, Craig Ashall, captain Andy Moulsdale, or new signing USA prop (Aussie) Mark Offerdahl. Squad last night included a couple of triallists and 2 youngsters from Widnes.
