Good news, solid player at 18s last year, played for GB Community Lions at 18s and has impressed playing in the NCL for Miners first team this season.

wish we could sign Sam Hoppe as well form East who also toured with anthony brillainant player

Funnily enough I was thinking about Hoppy before when I was going through some of the local lads who we could sign up. Has been really consistent for East since making a debut a few week back. I think he could cut it in the pro if he wanted to.

With the history, he has, you may be correct!!

I also fear that we wont get 'Hoppy' as was pointed out to me last Saturday the SL clubs were queuing up to speak to him in the East clubhouse.

We have to accept we cant finacially compete with SL clubs and focus on the opportunity to play at home in front of crowds instead of on park fields in front of nobody for a couple of years. Hopefully the chance to be coached by Basil as opposed to McRae will swing it.

So how much extra do we now have too spend?
