Keith you refer to the old board jumping ship if you check I think you will find only 2 board members went 3 board members still on new bord acting chairman John toddy Linda and maranda

John Roddy is on new BOD, Lynda isn't on the list, but presumably LISA is there in some capacity, and Miranda Barker isn't listed on new BOD/BOM. I think she's on the Community Foundation Trust though.

For clarity John resigned from the old BOD/ BOM prior to the new BOM coming in and taking over.



Miranda is no longer on the BOD/ BOM



Lynda is not on the BOD/ BOM but once we revert to standard monthly BOD meetings LISA will be represented by Lynda at BOD meetings.

has bom investment paid off last years debt to prevent winding up. will we have new petition for this years debt

HMRC's action predated the BOM's involvement with the club. It related to a small balance from the last tax year and unfortunately the process was too advanced for us to stop it when we became involved.



The balance was paid off by the BOM last week all other tax liabilities are up to date and paid.



In relation to your other question the BOM has full legal control of Sporting Club Leigh Ltd.

In theory yes, anyone owed money could have joined had it progressed but all players have had every penny due to them (EVERY penny!).



We don't claim to have everything perfect but we are trying hard to be the best we can.
