After yesterdays outburst I think I owe a few people apologies, firstly I apologise to starbug I know you are nothing like what I tried to portray you as, I think you are a really nice bloke and Im truelly sorry for my stupid, petty name calling. Secondly I would like to apologise to Lynda nothing I was saying was aimed at you personally and Im sorry if you thought otherwise, I know how much hard work you put in behind the scenes for LISA. Thirdly I apologise to Anthony Nicholson and his family if they thought it was a dig at him, I can promise you it most definitely wasnt, I think he is one of the best prospects we have had for a long time. Also like to apologise to anyone else that my comments may have upset.

It was unfortunate that the thread degenerated as it did because I think there was a valid point made in the first place that was by no means intended as a dig at Nicholson, LISA or the club.



I could explain in much greater detail but I am not sure there is much point given the ruckus it created last time!

Certainly agree with that, and the original point, as it was certainly worth pointing out. I know Paul is as big a Leigh fan as anyone could meet so wouldn't be criticising the signing of Nicholson etc, as he's mentioned in his post. But I think it must be said that those who aren't necessarily hardcore fans who may have donated to the fund in the hope of seeing the cash going towards a 'big name' signing may be a little disappointed that it has instead gone to an up-and-coming prospect who it is hoped would have been retained anyway.



Still, not worth everyone falling out over as seems to happen a bit recently
