If Leigh want to promote themselves to SL I'm afraid Paul Anderson as to go. He's been a fantastic servant to the club but after what I witnessed Derek must now release him of his duties. The incident all began 2 years ago when he told Emmit to "get off the field you fat ****" at the last summer bash v Bradford. However, on Saturday during half time Anderson & Emmit had words & it was heated. At the end we all seen what occurred. Rowley wanted to shake hands - Anderson wanted to fight. Rowley had a go at Purtill about his staffs conduct. Then we seen Acton getting involved. Along with this Beaumont's brother was asked to leave the RFL VIP area for his conduct by the RFL's CEO. After the game it was even more embarrassing Beaumont's brother went towards Rowley & got slapped. Police intervened. Rowley as already been informed he will not be facing any further action. When will Leigh learn not to get involved ?

@budgiezilla ... Leigh will have to improve if they want to beat Leeds on Friday ... also I wouldn't be picking a confrontation with Brian McDermott & I'm sure the behaviour of Leigh's staff will be on best behaviour with Gary Hetherington being around !

Anderson was not the only one shouting Emmit to get off the field that day. His performance at Blackpool was a disgrace and one of the most disinterested performances in a Leigh shirt I have had the misfortune to witness. Appalling.



How did Emmits stint in Australia go as he announced that he wanted out of Leigh to back pack at the same time as that particular Blackpool weekend?



Terry O'Connor summed up Rowleys antics in a nutshell. A coach sets the discipline standards for his players to follow and unfortunately him ranting at Purtil and behaving like he did was not a good look for Toronto or the game in general.

Why did Rowley react the way he did ? I tell you why because coach Anderson went to headbutt him & threw a punch. Rowley went over to Purtill & told him about the conduct of his staff. It shouldn't have come to that lets be realistic about the situation please.
