This presumably means that box-ticking by winning the Northern Rail and reaching the Championship Grand Final over the last two/three seasons is now worthless?

Well I said when franchising'licenscing was introduced it would never work and cause the games decline.



Another vital thing for top clubs to realise is that TV money must be spread between All pro clubs otherwise we will soon end up with only 12 pro clubs and then the pro game is finished imo.

Think all clubs in SL2 would need to be full time and not just those that come down from SL1 otherwise they would find it hard to compete and it would be like before when the full time clubs just get promoted .

it will be superb seeing 'small SL CLUBS' bricking it next year !!!!!

Bet it's not the 'bottom 2' relegated, RFL will choose. We can't lose London or French/Oz Dragons can we ???

I can see London being relegated to SL2 and Catalan won't finish in the bottom 2 so they won't get relegated.

Let it be decided on the field. Clubs now have 12 months+ notice. No excuses.

Someone from RFL said the other day on GMR that no one will be exempt from the drop from now on. But they have changed their minds before have'nt they.

Yep, its a good move IMO.
