They can now release the players they have under contract and play any Wire player coming back from injury and Wire reserves. Will cut their wage bill too and makes Swinton Lions fans ecstatic at the same time because they now know Swinton Lions effectively no longer exist.
Rumour is any resident of Swinton will soon be able to watch their parent club at the HJ stadium at knock down prices if they can prove they live in the Swinton area.
Lets hope Swinton Wolves draw their parent club in the round after next of the Challenge Cup as this could be a fixture to get fans of all clubs really excited.
We think we have problems getting younger people to come to our games. Won't be a problem for Swinton Wolves will it ?
