Anybody going to the Swinton vs Widnes game at the LSV on Sunday? 3pm kick off, £10 to get in.



Must admit it's a bit of a cheeky way for Widnes to try and end their LSV losing streak so I hope the Lions stuff 'em

I will go end expect a 50 plus win for Swinton in view of the fact that their side contains a number of Leythers. We must also bear in mind Widnes always seem to freeze at the LSV and it won't be that warm on Sunday.

I don't think true Leythers should be helping to fund the Swinton squad. Every £ generated by Swinton from Leythers is a kick in the teeth to Leigh Centurions.

I'm sorry I agree with TheCherry&Whites & surely Leigh RL would only profit if the LSV wasn't losing money through running costs & was actually making a profit

Well the more it generates then the gap becomes smaller. And I'd suggest have Swinton's rent coming in will make these margins even smaller. Or failing that, some of us just like to watch rugby and can't be d getting bogged down in some of this self-invented sheite.

Cross team support is a 2 way street. I know that Swinton fans will be watching Leigh when we get chance, as has happened for a number of years, but hey if you dont wanna come to watch cut price RL the thats your choice.



Having Swinton playing at LSV is only a stop gap. PLaying outside of our home town is killing us and has since we left Station Road. The way to stop LSV losing money is to have more teams playing there on a more regular basis. It can only be good for the LSV the more times its used???

i wont be goin ether not after this off season in witch swinton basically hand picked 3 of our better players higson,mills and armstrong and so very nearly nabbed jimmy taylor as well, so i see them as a threat so therefore wont be supporting them in any way what so ever and the sooner they get their own ground the better
