| Shambolic performance. We were passive, and poor defence. In attack we were disjointed once again, with errors a plenty. Why does Lammy keep playing Ipape when he's clearly injured?

| Outplayed all round. Despite that, we found ourselves back level and Hull had Pryce and Asiata back off injured and we gifted them the lead again. I think O’Brien was expecting Hodgson to be out of the back rather than running the centre line the he was. Dreadful pass nonetheless.
Ipape needs whatever is affecting his performances sorting out. Even if it takes the rest of the regular rounds of the season. And Hodgson’s defficiencies with his link up play and positional sense are starting to hurt us. Interesting that McIntosh played full back for the reserves.
And Trout is a prop. O’Neill is a better second row than him, I’d say hughes is a better second row than him. Lam needs to get this idea that he has to get Trout, Mulhern and Joffa into the starting 13 out of his head. You are allowed good players on the bench.

| Losing Joffa straight out didn't help but we conspired to beat ourselves even with Asista giving us a boost by going off again, he really is quite pivotal for Hull this season and if he is out longer term it could cost them a play-off place.
Hull wanted it more and full credit to the 12-year old who came on for Pryce.
Personally I'd try and get Joe Mellor back from Salford and play him and Dwyer while Edwin gets a rest for what ills him, having said that we'll see if we get a week off next week anyway.

| Lam said in his post match presser that he might have to promote some of the fringe players that were in the reserves next week.
If the game is played, I think we're likely to see Pene, Dwyer, Tuitivake, Badrock, Towse and McIntosh all feature. I've be very surprised if Ipape, Joffa or Charnley play. While there seemed to be some concerns over Halton and Liu.
