With respect, is it no longer acceptable to criticise our rugby team on the leading independent RL forum without first taking best endeavours to contact the club with suggested remedy first? If you do not like dissent or anything contrary to the view that all is peaches, then perhaps you can try the Warrington Wolves facebook page. If it's certain posters you do not like you can block them so you never see their posts ever again.



As for positive action to register discontent, not going to the game and watching on TV seems to be the way forward.

Oh come on, there are approx 70 pages which must be hundreds of posts whinging about Smith,the team etc. By all means have your view but if you are not prepared to do something Positive about it, it just comes across as moaning for moaning sake. There appears to be a race to the bottom now on criticism.If you feel so strongly as you and others do, get together and set up a meeting with the club. I am sure they would listen to you. Who knows you may also learn something...you not going to a match will not even register. Try something positive, it could be enlightening.

I suppose the frustrating thing is to reflect upon this post from the Broncos match, and try to understand how/why things are now so different, just a few weeks on from that great night:

I do have word with myself regularly to remind myself that moaning does not change anything so take positive action. You obviously believe different. So be it, it's your life. Happy clapper.

I'm not sure what the forum equivalent is of "shouting someone down", but it does seem that any opinion which doesn't match yours is met with that type of response.

The phrase "happy clapper" is clearly meant in a perjorative way, however it appears to refer to anyone who doesn't hold the same, totally negative view as you. I appreciate why people may want rid of TS immediately, I happen to disagree. I can see why the teams performances have been viewed as disappointing and I largel agree with that, however I do think the first half against Hull held promise of better performances to come, that is my opinion and if that makes me a "happy clapper" then so be it.

I appreciate I am only repeating what I have put on another thread but according to one poster as it wasn't on this thread it had no validity...not sure why I felt the need to pander to such a view, but there we are.

Happy Clapper, the term could fit in nicely on the top of a government related application form. It would look good tucked in among the gender,race & religion related descriptive categories.

Where did I make the generalisation that you refer to? Read what I said again! Happy clappers/non happy clappers it's nonsense. How about a bit of respect for alternate views. That is what I had hoped would be the message of my various posts on the subject, clearly I failed in getting that across. So how about this " just because someone doesn't agree with you doesn't make them a bad person". Is that clear enough?

Ps there are so many threads with the same doom and gloom message it didn't seem to be particularly important which one I posted on.
