Like most on hear and as a fan of our great game I watched the three games, I listened to the lack of respect from Saints fans about how the other two games didn't mean anything. I know that the opposition from both sides was of a consistent level and so the games were hard and intense from the well matched teams and we all thought how close we are getting to the NRL standard. Then.... the real match, wow how close are we? The biggest ever losing score in the competition, clinical and intense from the start. Having seen that I am glad that our game (StG I) was as pointless and worthless as so eloquently put by Saints fans (well those that I know) and theirs was so worthwhile! I know which team I am happier with after these games.
